Katherine began her real estate career 18 years ago in Vail, CO. She has worked in the private and public venues in Vail & Beaver Creek, CO; McCall, ID; Greenwich, CT; and in Big Sky, MT at the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and the Yellowstone Club. With many years of experience serving upmarket clientele in some of the most unique resort real estate markets, real estate is her passion and Katherine will take the time to understand your needs and combine your desires with her expertise to assist you in a professional and genuine manner. Katherine attended Tidewater Community College and Old Dominion University and studied liberal arts due to her classical ballet training and marketing due to the family business which she joined as VP of Marketing and Sales prior to attaining her real estate license. Katherine also has her Managing Broker’s licenses in the states/provinces of MT, ID and BC and has received her Buyer’s Agency and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designations. Katherine is a lover of all things which are done well. She loves spending time with good friends, travel, culture, good food and the arts. During her time off, she can be found skiing, hiking or camping with her boys. Katherine is bilingual in French and has enjoyed extensive adventure travels. She has rafted the Zambezi in Africa, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, summited the Grand in Wyoming and is one of only a handful of people to view a total solar eclipse from the Shackleton Ice Shelf on the far side of Antarctica. Katherine has proudly visited all Seven Continents of the World however her biggest adventure and biggest pleasure is in raising her two sons together with her husband, Troy, in Whistler. Having lived in some of the most amazing resort towns in the past, Katherine sincerely states, “Never, ever have I been more proud or more blessed to call a place home than Whistler.
